An Idea In Regards to the reviving of PL
It is the general consensus that PL has been on the decline for a long while. I believe that the game could use something new, as well as some changes and polishing that would greatly increase the enjoyment.
Idea 1
My first an primary suggestion is the creation of a second server, completely blank, beginning at 2010 and progressing. The constant wish i hear is to relive the old days of PL when it was "actually good." As a result i have seen many suggest that PL be reset to an older date, however there are many problems with this regarding those players who put countless hours into the game reaching the highest levels with an excessive amount of gold, as well as the players who have put any money into this game. These issues would almost always lead to a general unhappiness that would nuke the player base and leave many upset and angry players. If there was a second server this would leave the game with the best of both worlds. It would allow the players who discarded their social life and bank account for PL to keep all the things they worked so hard for while still allowing the same players to relive the glory days of PL.
Updates
Regarding the content that STS has released, i believe that the content should be rolled out at around one new campaign/cap every 4-6 months. This would allow people more than enough time to play the cap to the fullest while still having the next massive content release to look forward to.
Events
I believe that the events should remain the same as in the past years. This would be one of the largest draws for players. The wish to relive the 2010 events has been expressed by too many to count and this would be a wonderful feeling of nostalgia that would also allow for many players to play with things they never thought they would be able to achieve.
Balance
I believe that the balance should progress in the same way to provide the authentic experience to the player. This would also take a large load off Cinco to manage the game and leaving him to focus on the current PL server and balance.
Names
I also think that the names should be completely separate from the current Pocket Legends. This would allow the resurfacing of old names that so many have yearned for. To limit the amassing of a ridiculous amount of names i believe that a limit to one character creation per 2 days should be enforced, or something along these lines. while this may not be necessary i sure would like it.
Platinum
I would initially say that all platinum needs to be independent of the other server and no transfer should be allowed, however the exploration of the idea of having platinum work with both servers (for example if you currently have 1000 platinum on the current server then when the second opens up youd have 1k plat aswell, but when you spend any plat on either server it costs you regardless of which server youre on, so if you buy an 100 plat item on the new server your plat in the current server would also go down by 100, i hope that makes sense) This would lead to less purchases so its probably not the best idea fro a business standpoint but who knows
Benefits
This would fill many players with a desire to grind PvE and work their way up
This would allow new players to have an experience that makes the idea of being a "rich" player attainable
This would reset the economy, getting rid of all the inflation that exists
This would bring in a new PvP meta to re-learn and master
This would provide a nice hit of nostalgia which would definitely encourage any old players to return to one of their childhood joys
This would allow people to experiment and try gear that is unattainable by most (I.E. L25 toyman wand)
This would satisfy all those who are asking for no 3pc rings
This would lead to a large amount of platinum purchases, due to the complete fresh start, as well as old events being super fun
This would create anticipation for new content with a set date that is consistet
This would reignite the anticipation for events
Downsides
This would split the player base, decreasing the players on the current server
This could logistically be difficult to program and manage
This could be too demanding to run two separate servers
Overall I think this would be a great addition to the game to revive the player base

Idea 2
All devices should be unbanned.
While in the past i have posted that all accounts that have been banned for over a certain amount of time should be unbanned, i realize this could cause problems as a company in relation to enforcing your TOS. While i still think the maximum ban time should be 2 years, another option is to unban all devices. this would allow new players to return to the game and start fresh, while still suffering the penalty of their wrongdoings. This would also greatly increase the amount of returning players if Idea 1 was to happen seeing that a multitude of old players are banned. While some of these will not be the best players, they will first and foremost fund the game. Secondly, i believe that a second chance is reasonable, especially when the penalty is still dished out.

Idea 3
Put a higher level requirement on the 3Pc rings, disallowing them from lower level PvP, thus decreasing the insane dodge that is so attainable at lower levels. I would also propose a hefty reduction to the plat rings in the store. They are exorbitant and will most likely never be purchased if they have such unattainable price tags.
