Trade confirm bug?

At the final confirmation in a trade sometimes the trade doesn’t go through even though both players have clicked the confirm button. This happened to my friend and I twice. Has anyone else encountered this?

Edit: Forgot to note that you get stuck and have to do the trade again.

Never but it's possible it's because one of you guys have a full inventory.
