How do I unlock these dream quests?

How do I unlock these quests? I have a starter house, not tryna buy a tavern for a bed. I’m pretty sure I need a bed but I just want to make sure before I buy one. Do I need a tavern to use a tavern bed? Or does this mean I have to do something with Maus? Thanks for the help.

I think you need a bed to unlock these quests. Not sure though.

The quest you have lit is the daily raid quest. You get that after you progress through the entire dream storyline quests.
If you wait until you are 66 to try to finish them, it won't ever let you finish some quests, do them as soon as you can.
As far as the bed thing, you don't need a house of any kind nor any bed, as long as you have one friend or guildie who does own a bed. As long as they are home you can use their bed.
Feel free to try and pm me "suentous" if I'm on and not mid run you can use mine.

It's a little fuzzy, but I thought it made you do them one at a time. However lightbearer Gunther allows you to do them. One unlocks the next

I’m currently fighting the Dream Eater but is there a way to stop her from regening hp? Once I get her to 90% she regens to 100%. I’m soloing as a mage btw.

Yea.. you need to do the quest at every lvl after lvl 61.. was aware of this a little bit late so I failed to finish a quest or two.
As for the boss regen try to kill the mages asap.. some ppl say stun pet helps too if u time it right, best option find someone who's your lvl or else it's a huge pain in the
