Google Play Balance Not Updating/Need a dev help

I just bought a google play gift card worth $25 and I would like to spend the money in Al but the balance is not updating, it still says I have a balance of $0.05 instead of $25.05, all the other mobile games I have say the right amount but Al. Any way to fix this? Thanks.
