Tainted bow poison proc killing teammates

In the event it killed the user and another member of the party with the proc instant death. The user had on 3/3 tainted set as well, not sure what part of the proc was killing them. Also it seems the sets buffs are not working properly, kissogatha was also summoned by the user and its also resetting the boss.

Seems to be fixed after the update
