I actually like that oktal is for high lvl only.
I never go to balefort anymore because of the amount of beggars / spammers / scammers there.
Anyways, lower lvls can enter the towne if they have an oktal pet, even with Lil loko.

Use lil loko, it works for low-level too and is cheap. Otherwise, it's fine as-is IMHO

I think it should be an exclusive for 80s+, even with pets.

I would agree with this, but all i see in balefort from low levels is begging, spamming, trade spams, pm spams, etc. from people wanting vanities, items or gold lol

I prefer that Ok'tal is 80+ because everybody who is in there either:

A: Has cared about this game long enough to grind that far so they at least know slightly what the hell they're doing
B: Has a pet to enter meaning they've amassed at least a couple mil, which makes merching a little easier on sellers.
