You are in combat bug.

So on my journey to make 3 chars lv 66 (a rog war and wiz) i do quests and this happened. I canīt collect rocks because of this bug.

Oh yeah that's happened to me before. I think it happens when you're too close to the main boss or a boss of some sorts. If you're not further back and the boss hasn't restarted yet, this can happen.

This 'bug' can also be an advantage actually.. You can collect the lava rock way faster when you're in "combat".
While we're on the subject of lava rocks, there's one rock that's bugged in Rockhorn Summit, hopefully this can be fixed.
