Skill points upon reaching 46

Please allow us to have 2 skill points for reaching the new cap. If not 2 then 1, please. Other players and I were looking forward to putting a point on our passives/ skills but we were disappointed to see there were no skill points to be added.
The old cap there was an event of (41) you kindly gave up 2 points to add to our powers/passives. Give us the same standards of leveling up as before.

It should be just one skill point because our characters are becoming over powered lol
