I hate them, I have done like 10 offers should get around 200 plats and guess what got only two, contacted them and they said offers in my country are not available.. Lol, wish I can rename my character somehow, maybe sts should make rename chest or from vendors or something..

YES!!! Same. I’ve done so many and get diddly squat. I pie sent email after email to them but all I get is, “provide a stupid ss verifying your information.” Like I actually knew I had to take a ss stating that *eye roll*
I though renaming characters was like 5 something plat. Did it go up in price?
And I’d like that idea ^_^ maybe you should suggest it to them.
