Ahah wait let me say I think its less than 50m and it depends also on your class.
For example warrior
Weapon 2m
Armor and helm 1.5m
Belt a mythic good awakened 1m
Speed set 9m
Artifact 12m
This is 25.5m add jewels and a pet that ofc change on your class..
(As always rogue most expansive).
Before it was like 70m.

and I'm not super sure about twink levels but Endgame pvp is an active bracket.
The devs are trying their best to make it active too. They are taking our criticisms and such. And to talk about gold, you can always farm them C:
