I got one for 250k like 2 years ago , will be lucky to sell for more than 300 . Most people will just buy steel commando instead .

I sold the exact vest for 260k in auc. Im still selling the helm to it, level 6 Iron controller.

I sold that kinda set for warrior (lvl 15) for 1.2m.
But steel commando is pretty rare tho, I think you can sell it around 400k or more.
