House personal Boss/Guardian

i would like to be able to put a guardian/boss in my house and be able to charge it with some loot from my own inventory, friends and guildies would be able to come in my house and fight that guardian/boss and get the loot! and maybe have option to select difficulty, oh and also would be nice to be able to wandering outside the house in our locations, burning spot for volcano, freezing patches for winter location and so on! Would be fun to do, but the item drops would be hard to explain. The gold, no prob put 10k in have 10 players 1k ea. Items though u put 5 legends in and 3 people join, 2 get 2 legends 1 gets 1. or u put 5 items in and 10 ppl join.

I would like to do this but with only gold lol. Items would be hard to make even.
