For most elites, You can easily go SP, Aimed, Nox and SSS. Passives: all expect speed. Mastery: with this 4 skill combo you should max out Nox and SSS.
For any elite map that has mobs that can stun you use: SP, Aimed, Nox and RS. Passive: same. Mastery Nox and RS
