    Default Low level PvP?

    Is there any low level PvP happening still?
    I wanted to create a new character for this sole purpose, but looking like everyone's recommending 60+...

    Save up a lot of gold like 20m then u can pvp and dont spend gear on low level you will regret it like me, just PvP at 41 or 48 but try to ask other people about their PvP past.
