Can we get a New Cap OR new L100 sets? IF yes then -
The endgame pvp is messed up and almost dead, only new cap or whole new sets can bring it back to life rather than tweaks balance of existing sets, because then not only it will have less interest to try and also less scope of Monetization. But few things really very important to keep in mind, if that actually happens.
1- As usual new sets should have higher amount of stats than existing ones, I'm saying this only becasue we might end up getting existing 2h weapon set stats still significant better than future 1h weapons sets.
A. Total extra damage should be added as set bonus or in new L100 ring, not high damage boost in the individual weapons. This will ensure balance between 2H weapon sets and 1H sets and skill damage - auto damage.
B. As for 2h weapons, existing L100 guns shouldn't be the inspiration or shouldn't be the base to make new 2h weapons, Oh yes that's the major point, if we gonna get something like guns (with it's auto damage stats, which has the capability to ruin pvp, about time) again then there's no point of doing this atall to be honest.
2- Every skill of every class that has Armor, dmg or h/p pers buff or debuffs, shall be boosted by ~ 300 % (atleast) or more. HP regen should be increased by 10 times (makes sense). Dodge debuffs requires ~ 20% and hit % debuffs requires ~10% boosts. These boosts can be done at skill rank 10 or adding a new skill rank 11.
3 - About enchantments - Make it a little bit less gamble please by doing this - Continuous re-rolling should keep increasing the chance of getting high stats higher. Means more you roll, your chances keep increases to get high stats for each slots, which is applicable both for plat and gold enchantments but plat can get more privilege too here, by getting faster increases than the gold one.
4- Get back to classic monetization pls, but it need tweak because everyone now has luck elixors for free which then lead to less use of paid luck elixors. Now A paid elix that will highly increase the chance of spawning the boss, who would drops the new set items, ALTERNATIVELY the set items can be bought from stores. But he items drops rate may be low to keep the interest for everyone.
Smallest amount of tweaks for maximum positive impact that I can imagine, thanks.
