I just wanna thank Chad for his absolutely amazing customer service. Every time I sent an email to StS he has been the one to respond. Thank you for putting up with my mess. I don’t know you, you may not remember me at all but, thank you Chad. You deserve it!

Yes! Chad is amazing, he did my first customer service request like 4 years ago and he's still here — many other agents couldn't help but Chad did. Thanks Chad.

Well that's ruined someone's outlook on things. It was nice while it lasted though but I will still cling on to my belief in the fact that there is a caring Chad. Take no notice folks..Chad exists.

There was one Chad who worked on Tindrin Character Designs. Don't think he works with sts anymore.
