i also noticed that those freeze pools in nord freeze trough shield , negative effect immunity is not working .

Went today in Forgoten Cytadel to try it and I was stunned like having no shield.

@vroom What's strange is that it seems to be happening to specific users, as I can't replicate this problem either, yet I see some mages who are affected by this. I guess the easiest way to find the problem would be to gather usernames that have this problem and see shared characteristics between them?

Try using nekro buff + mage shield @ vroom

what devices r u mages using?

im having this issue after the new client on my ipad pro updated to the latest IOS.

its happening in pve & pvp.

i noticed it aswell while overlapping my arcane shield with nekros shield.

it kicks in at random times , but i noticed that once it happens it stays broken for a while ( not sure what caused it to go back to normal for me )

Yeah apparently this bug is happening at random times, meaning time is probably a variable somehow

here is how i reproduce the bug, get yourself paralyzed by underhul worms once (the neurotoxin thingie, or maybe yellow pool from green gnome works too), and then try your arcane shield

This bug happen mostly in Southern Gates, At the start of the map, full charged your arcane shield then just run to the middle of the map.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I'm getting stunned Nekro Shield and Arcane Shield. I'm also getting frozen by Breeze while shielded. Most likely, other pets also
