Early Cap Reward?

Hasn’t been verified yet: will there be an early cap reward? If there will be one let’s try to get it settled before the cap release this time

just want to make sure. April 2nd.

I think there wont be early cap reward. Also i think new sets will be 15-20m because its like L61 cap: platinum farmable stuff. I am cool with that, since items stay rare.
