I can't seem to get ahold of anyone, but this is starting to get ridiculous. Support was no help and without so much as a "We can't help you" response, I am now out $70.00 worth of platiunum because there's absolutely nothing that can be investigated to show that I did not receive the experience. And because a simple Check string code wasn't in place to prevent extracting the platinum if the no exp box is checked? I'm not asking for anything other than the experience. I could care less about the platinum as long as I receive the product I originally paid for.
