Same ive broken chests at dragons liar, belfort, and skeller and ive even spawned portals but im still at 0/50, cinco please help

I jus found a glitch with the portal it won't let me in it and I had the elix......Cinco can u look into this please.

Yeah i have this problem as well... 3 times last night the portal was gone before I got an option to enter
