+ Talk to the Towne Crier for a quest to find the Jeweler (if you didn't do it last time).
+ Complete the Jeweler's quest to unlock the ability to craft Amulets (again, only if you haven't already done it).
+ Get the Hall of Amulets portal hunter Elixir from the Store!
+ Search the realm for a portal to the Hall of Amulets!
+ Collect Amulet loot and crafting components to make Level 100 Elite Amulets!

I don’t even care about the plat at this point, fix the cap shield and fix spawn rate first
