Effects Are NOT Showing up for Platinum Purchased Bikini/Swimwear

Also i think the effects should have only been for the platinum purchased swimsuits/bikini to make them stand out since they are planinum bought. It would make sense since most of the plat bought outfits have effect to stand out unlike the drops. . Was this an accident ? If not then this is kinda upsetting since i along with few others bought the plat outfits but the drops look better because of the effects
