105 talon after proc nerf

I don’t have the talon but from others that do they have all told me it is to weak now that proc hardly procs. People are saying that the dmg is to little to compete with mage and rhino heals which allows them to stay at full honthe whole time. Suggestions I’ve heard was a boost to base dmg by 200-300 points.
