As you obtain more reputation (either by "thanks" or if someone gives you a thumbs up) the amount of green bars will increase. For every 100 points (up until 5) you will get one green bar. The remaining 6 require 200 points each. The title under your name however is independent to this. They are as follows:

New Member - 0

Junior Member - 10

Member - 50

Forum Adept - 250

Senior Member - 500

ELITE- 1,337

Senior Member - 1,338

Luminary Poster - 5,000

Forum Legend - 10,000

Blogger - When gou created your first Blog

Odd asides;
The amount of bars you receive is dependent on the "rep power"of the person that gives it to you. Your individual rep power can be found under settings



At one time there were red bars that represented dislike. Razerfingers had full red bars on purpose lol

Seems you are also on tapatalk which doesn't seem to allow them.
If you were not on that app the commands you would use look like this but replace where I use
{ } with brackets that look like this [ ]

Here is what it would look like
{spoiler=Hidden thing}this is what u make your spoiler{/spoiler}

And it would do this...

 

your hidden stuffs

It makes you add a title in the click button, I used "hidden thing". No matter what you add there it will look like
"Spoiler about..your title"

Don't use spaces in that format, again I think tapatalk won't allow spoilers..
