Its price depends on lvl and armor type (cavalier, etc), so if u could post a pic with its description it would be easier to give u a correct price.

He was referring to the messaging system that was implemented in the "houses" system in Arcane Legends. For this you have to have stamps to send the letters and be in your house, so write the IGN of the appropriate place on the letter and then write the message.
