Chester's Egg, the new Weapon Vanities, Maria's Egg and Heroic Corruption, do they drop from the new locked crate or Hoarded Chests?

According to the thread I think it is Hoarded Chests, but for some reason I can't believe that.

Can anyone make this one clear?

what % armor can Chester's aa reduce? and does it stack with blinky passive (assuming no because only highest debuffs apply?)
