Dear sts why is there a device ban on my phone from AL?

Excuse me, but there seems to be a big problem. I can't seem to log on and for what reason, a device ban notification shows up. I am very confused I'm very sure I have done nothing wrong. I need to get in contact with a developer or moderator.

Please reply sts this is urgent, and needs attention.
