Cannot buy platinum - urgent

I have tried three times to buy platinum it recognises i have done so but keeps asking me to download it but it wont dl it.

its a very slow system to buy platinum on this game anyway, been playing pocket legends without this problem for over a year

When my plat doesn't add to my account, I usually exi the app and restate it. If this doesn't work maybe reinstall the app and if u still have problems u can email support at:
Support(at)spacetimestudios.com (replacing (at) with @)

Yeah, I've had a similar problem lately. It keeps declining my card, and whenever it does, it deducts a dollar. I dont think pay pal does, but I know amazon and google do for sure. I had a prepaid cash card with money on it. Why is it declining ??
