Its not true to for type of gears.

I find normal blue awaken gems give better reroll than when i use red ones. Especially for gears except weapon.

For weapon i get more defensive awakens with blue, while with red more offensive.

Hope they return soon, was a gud gold sink too imo.

Devs clearly stated that the red gems have better odds for better awakes, and some odds r even 2x than the blue.
It's just the randomness of RNG and co-incidence that you got better reroll with blue in some occasions

Ya true thats what they say, maybe its jst that blue ones r gud for me. Ever lucky with them :v to get grt stats unlike when i use red ones.

I got 18% speed 1% all stats on my venom ring that i sold. 9% armor nd 4% hp on my hex staff etc. And i used way less gold that i would with red ones.

Tho in the end its personal choice.

If blue ones r back, i will ever buy them instead of red ones,ones all slots r open.

So how much is "slightly better chance" then? For me blues always unlocked slots faster and I got better awakens (suitable for me) with them. It's all about player luck and not "devs this, devs that"...

Yeah when it comes down to it, its all about luck. I lost 500-600k on these blue awakening gems while some of my friends got 100% gl within first 10 awake

Well, I just spent 2.5m on awakening kit and didn't get gold loot awakening even once. I'm now indifferent to whether they bring back or not. I'll never trust awakening again.
