unable to craft 2017 massive glint crate

I have the recipe and all the materials to craft the 2017 massive glint crate but it does not appear in my crafting list. I heard one of my guild mates are experiencing the same problem but with the massive hallows crate.

I saw him saying that about crates in chatbox. I don't have the screenshot though. He also said that this is the reason recent events doesn't have recipes which use twilight crates to craft event crates.
