Yes it is.
Kill the boss elite red dragon 76 times.
Host map 5 : Red Dragon Slayer, in the Blacksmoke mountain campaign.
To unlock this map, equip the 76 cap vanity ; the eye of eternity shield (will be in your inventory) once capped to 76.
Enter the hole in Blacksmoke mountain towne behind the two tents beside the fire warden npc.
I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light.
