Game stuck on "Contacting server..." screen

like the title says my game stuck on the "Contacting server..." screen on the mobile version of AL only, has this happened to anyone else?

Mine was acting up would have crazy high ping spikes then I log out and was stuck on authentication try force close the app see if that helps it worked for me hope this helps.
