Plat problem with tapjoy
Hi I don't know if any other people have this problem but I was told I was rewarded and have not been and fyber don't reward me after a month almost I have sent them proof 4 different times and get told you r so close please send the email I received for proof a d I did it 4 times by forwarding them the email and also 2 times by screenshot it it getting old and this screenshot is from the tap joy offer what do I do

Check any other pl accounts that you may have logged into. Sometimes they place plat on other accounts you use rather than the one you take the offer on

Nope no plat I have 3 toons and to are under one account so the plat would be linked to both but no plat at all

Weird, I got the same email today ( except it was for blaze of battle cc 9 & they said they have just pushed the plat to pl) and I only log one email for pl on this device I completed the offer in question on. Yet no plat has been received on my acc, I'm going to give them until tomorrow to see if its just there side being slow before replying, but I imagine its just a waste of time at this point since I've been waiting for one offer to be fixed by tap-joy for a month & a half now... Wish spacetime would just remove this next level scam service, they don't even have real offers like trial play use to have amongst all its scams.Originally Posted by redman9983

Yha tbh it's just a company that does this so the can get your information and sell it just like a reward card for a grocery store and half the time it says one thing and takes you to something completely different

On the note of free plat offers, fyber seems to have been removed today. Gl with tapjoy.

I found both Fyber and Tapjoy as being very good companies that provided reasonable offers. Fyber gave more plat compared to Tapjoy.
They have their own report systems, and their help desk team was quick and efficient on some occasions, and took longer other times depending on communication with the company that offered the free plat.
Each offer, just read the conditions and follow them, wait the period of time required before reporting. Take screen shots of evidence that you have completed the offer.
Its a shame, it has come to this, Fyber being removed.

Wasn't there also one called Nexus? Don't know for sure, but I think that was one of them..,
