So I recently got 10 raid coins I bought the rogue necklace arcane etc.....

And the proc is +1 int stacks indefinitely I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be dex

Also if a dev reads this will there be a aura for arc neck? Thanks :3

Int and str rings you can have now no problem. Dex ring you can access "as they add new content".

Sts is literally pushing people from playing rogue, at least in pve

bad ultimates and most affected by skills sticking but at least they're making efforts to fix it

if you look at all 3 of the amulets they all share the same proc, the same as the ring. just wait until the dex arcane is released which will be probably with ursoth.

They said, for this expansion, arcane items will be slowly rolled out for every slot at various events. So wait for the Ursoth event to see what they release next; and it won't be neck as that's already released.
