Equipment and skill build for 40-45 str avian?

I'm currently 41 lvl, but I am planning to be 45 soon, any ideas what better equipment can I use now, and in after I reach 45? I have about 200k gold in items and 140k in cash. Currently I am using McCroc Hood of the Eagle, Iceberg Frozen Longsword, Croc Scale Plate of Legend, Fine Platinum Band of Bravery.

My stats are 102 str, 107 dex, 1 int.

My current skill build is 6 blast shot 1 thorn root 6 focus
0 meditation 6 restore 6 evansion 1 break armor
6 Shattering scream 2 repulse shot 6 blinding shot 0 thorn wall

I am building around PvP, also if you know any tips about Str Avian vs Int Elf you can post them here too.

Zuraz shock lance, Menes wing of Isis(may be Thoth, I prefer the one with critical), mynas plate of Isis(again, may be Thoth), and helm won't matter too much; I believe the Thoth one looks sick though.

Intmage is inferior to str bird on any lvl (no offense to any skilled int mages), due to str bird's survivability and ability to break the mana shield (blast shot if you didnt know). A good combo against them at 45 would be blind blast break double root (charge at the mage) double scream repulse. i wouldn't have 6 at restore, but thats my opinion. I would rather put it on break armor and thorn wall. Zuraz shock lance would probs burn a hole through your pocket, so try a conq. spear or conq. lance, almost as good and cheaper by far, or use a trueshot bow with str armor and helm. For armor and helmet, use either isis (regen) or Osiris. Hope this helps!

Isn't Iceberg Longsword better? I have over 200 damage with it and it looks like all the 45 lances have lower damage.

I would say the exact opposite for lvl 21-40. Especially at lvl 35, warbirds are considered inferior to voodoo mages.
