Free plat offers

So I've completed a number of offers lately and tapjoy has emailed me back stating the reward was given or just credited however no reward was given. Is this an error on tapjoys side or on space times side?

I already created a thread on this bro. I believe it is TapJoy that is not giving rewards. I hope they add a different service that actually rewards promised platinum and hold tapjoy accountable.

I had the same issue, it is on the sts side after they say they've rewarded and you have none. Tapjoy said so, I showed Chad and got my plat, just try continuing the conversation with tapjoy saying it's not working, they should say it's the game dev side, not theirs.

If you do not have it as soon as they say you'll be emailed soon, email them. If it's not there it won't come, the 24 hour stuff is crap

Wow I thought I was the only one. I've tried a few. The last one was the 5 dollar shave box. They said they didn't know why I didn't get it then wrote back saying they would check with sts. Such a bummer.

Having similar issues here,
First and foremost the tapjoy offers are not rewarding any platinum.
Tapjoy isnt responding to some emails, something about not being able to give out the reward caused by an in-app error between STS and TapJoy. TapJoy support said they will contact me when they hear back from STS, no response yet.
At this point it would have been way easier and cheaper to buy the platinum from STS and not waste time on offers that don't even work.

Sent an email to STS support already, now it's just a waiting game.
