The Proc's for these new items should be to steal 10% of the other players health and add it to your own, but it can only be used once every 20 seconds to prevent it from being to overpowered. And another good Proc's would be Invisibility for 5 seconds which can also be used once every 20 seconds. Make some new relic weapon Proc's because currently in the game there are basically only stun and bleeding base Proc's. Also another good thing you could add to the pvp system is a radar which can only be obtained when a player gets a 5 kill streak, when the player activates this rador it allows them or the whole team to see their opponents on the other team via the map this radar should not be allowed to stackup and only lasts 30 seconds when activated. This would be extremely effective in big maps like CTF - Asylum & Forbidden streets, as well as DM - Forbidden streets
