Got scammed by Tapjoy

So Ive accepted the lords mobile which is i need to get that L11 Castle. Then After that i completed the offer. It takes month when i get the reply of Tapjoy saying they will review my offer and will reply to me like 3-5days. And this earlier they said that they awarded me 221plats . But i dont have it in my account. I have 2 accounts so i check the other one but still none.

Oh hell iv been waiting a little over a month to get my reward from them I'm done with plat offers I did the one for 2k something plat for getting 11k power in Final Fantasy in a week and they want to tell me I've never installed the app so I emailed them several different ss of it on my home screen the app running and it in the app store and the told me ok we are sorry we were doing something wrong we will get right on it that is the best joke iv ever heard in my life

Not at all true and thank you for posting on forums asking so more people can see how. This is how I did it, and I got my plat. Ok here's how it goes down, you email back and say you still have yet to recidve your credits till they tell you it may have gotten stuck. You then send a nice email to Chad (you can do that right off the bat if you want try) Saying they said it may have gotten stuck, then he'll email back if he see's it as legit and tells you they put the plat on your account

I hope this helps and those who have received an email from Fyber or Tapjoy with similar replies of platinum being credited to their accounts already.

Well I don't even get a response now just the main one saying send us proof so I do and never get a response it gets so annoying

C.H.A.D., is the Community Helpdesk Action Droid.

Meaning you go to Sts supoort tab on forums, this will take you to Sts help website, you can either register an email and log in or press contact us, and fill out the form to email sts help.

If you have sent all the right information to Fyber and read all the conditions of your offer and completed it, then Fyber and Tapjoy award you the plat.

Some offers have these conditions:
• New users only
• Registration of an email is required
• Offer has to be completed with in 7 days
• Down load the application, run it and level up to a certain level
• Subscription is required

Be aware, all completed or pending offers wil be removed from your device after a cooling off period. Keep that in mind, there will be no record on your device if you have completed or attempted the offer after a month. Both Fyber and Tapjoy keeps records of any offer that you have completed, they know if you have even if you have forgotten.

Each offer can only br completed once on each Pocket Legends account (each separate email address).

Shocan in Arcane Legends suggested for you to contact Sts support and, to include all screen shots of communication between you and Fyber or Tapjoy. If Fyber or Tapjoy claimed to have awarded you plat on your account, but you have not received any.

No plat offers work, they just need to take that Crap off, it's a waste of time.
