Permanent 15% xp isn't permanent

Does it return without you having to take any action? I have to change to a different map to get mine to return

This happens too me too it started a while ago ive logged out and in too get it back,
But its too much hassle doing that all the time. Also with me its random Maps !!
Definitely Needs a Fix !!!
Thanks for bringing it too the Forum Id have probably forgot or gave up.
Also my buffs from Cryos and Effigy dolls dissapear after a few secs I went into chancel opened them came out and they were gone !!
This has happened a few times.
They need checked out too.
