Why Cant Arcane Legends PVP community have this kind of content?

Yes we have had pvp tournaments in the past it was in 2014 i think...
That was 4 years ago..
If devs go to almost every lvl bracket youll see its mostly empty rooms ive been pvping for a long time its never been this bad
Can devs drop off slightly on pve and focus a tad bit on pvp
Like rebalancing classes
Removing insta kill
Making pvp events
Adding a competitive side to pvp Making people wanna pvp (cynical lb endgame only)
Adding new pvp pets..
counter pets
New skills? Like "root" "fear" idk something creative
Ultimates for pvp
Tournaments

#makepvpgreatagain

I can't help but feel angry that pocket legends has been having pvp tournaments or pvp leaderboard events as recent as 3 days ago! Why isn't "cheating" an issue for pocket legends pvp leaderboards as it is for arcane legends PvP leaderboards? Why wasn't the same format used in AL to prevent cheating instead of just saying cheating is an issue and totally killing PvP by removing any meaning from it.

Isn't arcane legends meant to be a development of pocket legends?

This isnt pvp.. just a town to smash buttons
It isnt a formal red team vs blue team like tdm or ctf theres no winner no competition
Doubt this will attract true pvp players

There isnt much competitive pvp anyway, its all about ping and who you are friends with.

That tourney is player based, as in Will (Xghostx) crated that from the ground up, the vanity rewards were Cinco, but this is the kind of thing Will often does (to his credit). Nothing stopping any of you to do the same, it's a great example.
Other than that Cinco has done a massive amount for pl often on his own time just cuz he's badass and loves the og games.

He originally made a poll asking if pl wanted a pvp or pve event.
Not disagreeing w op just adding

There was a tournament made by a player not so long ago it got 0 support from the devs not trying to sound ungrateful or pointing out devs but it would be nice to have devs support in these kind of stuff js

Incorrect lvl cap 66 was so cheap all u needed was tainted set was by far one of the cheapest brackets to gear u needed max 6m(not including pets) to have the 66 set but it was ruined due to insta kill
Pvp always been expensive thats never been an issue back in cap 41 gear were like 200m and was active people found a way to make the legendary gear work in pvp
There was tournaments lb etc so people played pvp to improve
There was something to compete for (my opinion)
Dont get me wrong cheap gear does help

I was going to point out what terrorshock1 had said but thankfully he said it so I will now explain how it went down if you believe no one has tried to do what this Will (Xghostx) did.

I made a tournament not too long ago, it was a guild battlegrounds tournament some time after the content was introduced to the game. This tournament was planned out during MY school TIME to be executed during one of the school holidays.

I still thank justg for making the thread for the tournament sticky. The reward for the tournament was 30,000,000 of MY gold. Yes, MY gold as well as potential tournament banners. Key word being "potential" because I asked for guaranteed banners to be granted to winners but was replied with something about there not being enough bandwidth (which I still fail to understand to this day considering they released a whole bunch of furnishing stuff afterwards). Regardless, people were actually interested and ready to sign up until it was leaked via a dev to a player that the "potential banners" were "guaranteed no banners" which totally ruined the tournament. Everyone dropped out before it started.

If you think there was an issue with it being player generated, I assure you, every game was ready to be generously recorded live by a very well known and very popular AL youtuber, so there was no issue of "fake results". Nevertheless, the developers refused.

So I would like to know. Did this Will (Xghostx) record these tournaments live? Were the results overseen live by a developer? If not. I am quite frankly disappointed with how my tournament was handled.

The last time a player developed and implemented popular world-wide event got an exclusive vanity, there was huge drama. Pretty sure they have said there won't be exclusive player event vanities in AL anymore.

Why so negative? Give pvp feedback on how to make it better. Try going to a pvp map and taking a ss of a full map at endgame or whichever lvl u are at tdm preferably and post here u seem careless about it like theres no problem in pvp atm

Theres drama everywhere. It cant be avoided.
Check every thread theres a spec of drama/salt in every thread. It cant be avoided

I meant really cheap farmable legendary gear 1m- for a set that has better procs/stats than arc/set gear and its legendary so there will only be 2 awake slots it will make everyone have same gear and more will want to do pvp if gear doesnt matter. Most undergeared people join pvp once die alot and never do it again

I wouldn't call it a bad idea. AL PvE has been pretty forced on players for a while. Some balance in content would be nice.

I meant to point out that that tourney was going to happen without Cinco. Maybe it's a difference in the players idk. There's a couple other pvp tourneys going on rn some with support some not.

@Perceval -To answer the last question, no results were video'ed there is a bit of a trust in that the ss results had to be posted-
Other than that that sucks you were willing to do it on your own but ppl dipped :/
