Armors on bear?

For a while, I thought the armors I was seeing in cs weren't the same orange ones that people were wearing. I thought they were the common trash loot ones that don't look nearly as cool. I almost feel like this has to be a bug, since I doubt devs would out this little of time into an armor, especially while the other classes get new looks. Here's the armor on my bear:



It's just a black chain with 2 tiny wings on it. Has to be a bug, right?

After looking at the armor from the plat store on my bear, I'm pretty sure it's a bug.
