This should be a great addition for the new upcoming halloween event the... Terror Clown and his friend the chainsaw
Outfit name: Terror Clown
Weapon name: Terrorsaw - Relic: Proc, the ability to become "INVISIBLE" in the dead of night striking fear into your victims hearts.
1. Proc invisibility only lasts 5 seconds and can only be used once every 15 seconds if activated.
2. If used in pvp you are only invisible to the players on the opposite team, your team mates and yourself are the only ones that can can see you.
3. If both Terrorsaw and Terror Clown are equip the player gets a bonus of 10% damage and 5% health
Weapon name: Death scythe - relic: Proc, the ability to reap 15% of the targets health and add it to your own.
1. Proc effect does not apply in any Pve areans.
2. Once used the affected target will be immune to your reaping or 20 seconds, this doesn't stop you tho... there are other victims that are waiting to be reaped!!

This is my suggestion for the upcoming halloween event, we need stuff like this to bring back the Darkness into Dark Legends and stop the game from degrading help me make your game great again.
Storyline: I heard whispers that Dr. Kriegberg is planning something big this halloween... There is a rumour that he is forming a temporary alliance with every monster in Dark Legends, he has finally realised that we vampires are not to be taken lightly.. I will need to do further investigation to see what he is scheming...

Dr. Kriegberg is plotting the resurrection of "Samhain", a pagan god, also known as the lord of darkness worshiped every year on the October the 31st the day of halloween.
