New artifact is not arcane so thats why no aura

there is aura iF you have 3/5 set like on maus and the Mire equip changed in green light

May I ask how you fixed it? I know some had the old blue one, but some bought the "Ashen" parts from auc, when they were probably blue before but now the grayish black shade. If you got the old pieces wanting the gray, would they go back to blue?

Aye, no the person's right, it's not showing as a reward for top 10. Heroic Dova Bear isn't or wasn't depending on if they fix it during the hotfix isn't showing as one of the rewards when you check top 10 rewards.

Before this fix, both ashen and serene appeared as ashen, even though named serene. Now both are still named serene in my inventory AND appear blue, as serene. I bought mine with tokens. Needs another fix

Everyone who had a 'Serene' item now has an 'Ashen' version :-)

If your 'Serene' item is in your stash, your new 'Ashen' will be there too.
