Not sure if its been requested before but, while inspecting someone to compare certain item I would personally feel much safer it they add confirm gift option what about you guys? Its also very simple to implement.

I agree, we need a confirmation button when you're about to gift someone an item, many people can accidentally lose their valuable items due to a variety of possible situations.
eg: Lagging, intoxication, not paying much attention to the screen due to (being lax or sleepy)

It's a yes from me.
I would prefer being able to set a special option for items so you can't sell them in inventory, trade or gift them, but you can remove that option somewhere in the menu and sell/liquidate them when you are serious about it

When you gift something, stop before you do! Think about, check out the item again.
Then click off the item to another and back to the item to ensure its what you want to gift. Check it agian. Finally make someones day by gifting it if you so wish.
Confirm button is not needed but i do understand why the community thinks it is.
I have a moment, wherein I am comparing some pvp gears to a stranger. Sibling seeked on my back, and suddenly pressing the gift button. Luckily it wasn't that much of a lost, but it was funny. An option would be better then without, we know that some to most of you like comparing.
