So just did NM Raid. Classes were: 4 Tanks, 4 Rouges, 3 Mages. AA: Mix of Nekro, Korrup, Glow, Magma, and Hero Cotton. Not all of us were 71. Dragon Fight tanks kept Demon Boss and Mobs off of Dragon. Was a pretty easy fight felt same as lvl 66 tbh. This was my 2nd attempt at lvl 71 NM Raid, 1st time it didn't go so good a few weeks ago lol.

I don't think it's the proc nerf that's the problem, I didn't use a ds back when I did this map at 66, I think it glitches sometimes.
