Oh yes, this is a very good estimate and is probably true. I counted 67 people online when checking "All" maps, PVP, PVE, townes, and etc. You can do so yourself.

It's probably 150 players that are active max that are the 110 come-and-go players.

I can see what you mean, but it becomes a problem when:

1) you notice it becomes harder to sell things -- it takes like one week to one month to sell something with a high price verses previous times where things were sold in the same day
2) the 'tight-knit community' fails to purchase enough platinum to keep PL going (since larger amounts of people bought small amounts of platinum, it added up -- but now, the tight-knight community needs to buy more platinum!)

It only works for android. The majority of players are ios or pc, hence it doesn't work for 'everyone.'
