Yea proc will be too much advantage and not everyone have those relics.
Until they drop after a few events it will be unfair if proc added to them.
And after coming new relics arc, rakes, invader ,abyss and other old relics are not used in pvp much.
Electric centipede also(khanda and trisula are still good)
