Enchantments protection, lock/unlock enchantments per item

Some people are accidentally rerolling their enchantments on items they didn't intend. It happens more often than one would expect. How about adding a feature where players could click a checkbox "enchantments locked?", so that when the box is checked on the selected item, rerolls are not possible.

We definitely need this feature, maybe it's not just enchantments protection, it could be liquidate protection, or basically if the item is locked, you can't do anything about it.
