Spirit weapon proc bug?

Before lev 50, heal proc gave over 200. But after lev 50, only over 100 heal. Is it bug STS??????

And if lev over 45(?), weapon can pull mobs.

Next update, the both the healing and damage from the spirit weapon proc roots should no longer be affected by player or zone level (and is also increased).
