Has the Developers and Support time stop receiving messages?

So far I've sent StS a email which hasn't be replied to dispite me sending this a while ago. After waiting I sent JustG a PM which hasn't been replied to either dispite waiting. Is there no way to get into contact with the devs anymore?

I sent them a ton and I still didn't receive a response. By far the worst customer service
